The Sony I had on my 210 Select was better built and sounded better. Digital amplification chips are much harder to tweak to get great sound out of than old fashioned analogue systems - so it requires real experts to design and implement (Like B&O does with reasonable success) Some people think because it uses digital amplifier chips - that it makes it better quality - but it ain't so. But comparing a 10 year old clarion to a new Fusion is not really fairĪnd as I said - I have one - but that still does not make it high quality. ![]() Some who are on their 3rd or 4th warranty replacement.īut Fusion is the features king - no doubt about it. There are a lot of threads on TheHullTruth about the issues. Display absorbs moisture and get foggy / 3. But Fusion are good at handling them (now).ģ. Return rates have been amazingly high according to all the dealers I know. None of their audio specs are measured/certified to normally used standards - where both Clarion and Sony usually are.Ģ. ![]()
